Field Follow-up Visit for Internship Pharmacists at Al-Arish General Hospital
Under the generous patronage of Prof. Dr. Gehan Fekry, President of Sinai University, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Hamid Abdu, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Arish Branch, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Lotfy Diab, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, and Prof. Dr. Mostafa Hegazy, Vice Dean of the Faculty, a field visit was conducted by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Raafat, Dr. Eman Abbas, and Dr. Nancy Mahmoud to Al-Arish General Hospital on Sunday, October 26, 2025.
The purpose of the visit was to supervise the internship pharmacists assigned to the hospital pharmacy and the clinical department, to monitor workflow, and to evaluate their performance during the practical training period.
During the visit, the team reviewed the workflow in the hospital pharmacy and ensured the interns’ adherence to correct professional procedures in dispensing and recording medications. They also followed up on their activities in the clinical department.
The visit demonstrated the interns’ strong commitment to academic and professional standards, as well as their dedication to acquiring the practical skills that qualify them to work efficiently in the healthcare sector.
At the conclusion of the visit, sincere thanks and appreciation were extended to the student training supervisors at Al-Arish General Hospital for their continuous cooperation and warm reception, wishing everyone continued success and progress.
