Egyptian Student

National Certificate

Thanaweya Amma & Azharia

  • Original High School Certificate or original High School Transcript.
  • Original birth certificate
  • Copy of personal national ID card
  • Six recent personal photo – white background – size 6*4
  • Military Form 2 (Namuzaj 2 Jund) for males
  • Military service certificate (Namuzaj 6 Jund) or computer birth certificate for males over 18 years old

National Arabic Certificate

  • Original High School Certificate – certified by the country issuing the certificate + the Egyptian embassy.
  • Original birth certificate
  • Passport copy
  • Six recent personal photo – white background – size 6*4
  • Military Form 2 (Namuzaj 2 Jund) for males
  • Military service certificate (Namuzaj 6 Jund) or a computer birth certificate for Egyptian males for those over 18 years of age

International Certificates

American Diploma

  • The original School Transcript (GPA) stamped from (School + Accreditation Authority + Egyptian General Examination Department
  • Original SAT Certificate stamped from the Egyptian Ministry for Foreign affairs and The AMIDEAST.
  • Certificate or proof of 12 years of education stamped from the Education Department of each school.
  • If the student studied in a foreign country, he should bring a proof of 12 years for different educational years stamped from the school + the educational zone and the Egyptian Embassy.
  • For any Egyptian who obtained their American Diploma certificate whether from Egypt or a foreign country, they should submit Success certificate (Arabic + Religion) stamped from the Egyptian General Examination Department. – inside Egypt – and stamped from the school + the educational zone and the Egyptian Embassy – outside Egypt.
  • Copy of the Ministry of Education List that indicates the student’s name
  • Passport Copy
  • Six recent personal photo – white background – size 6*4
  • Military Form 2 (Namuzaj 2 Jund) for males
  • Military service certificate (Namuzaj 6 Jund) or a computer birth certificate for Egyptian males for those over 18 years of age

British Certificate (IGCSE)

  • Those who obtained their IGCSE from Egypt: The British Council + the Ministry of Foreign Affairs + Egyptian General Examination Department
  • Those who obtained their IGCSE from a foreign country: The British Council + the Egyptian Embassy in the certificate’s country.
  • Certificate or proof of 12 years of education stamped from the Education Department of each school.
  • If the student studied in a foreign country, he should bring a proof of 12 years for different educational years stamped from the school + the educational zone and the Egyptian Embassy.
  • For any Egyptian who obtained their American Diploma certificate whether from Egypt or a foreign country, they should submit Success certificate (Arabic + Religion) stamped from the Egyptian General Examination Department. – inside Egypt – and stamped from the school + the educational zone and the Egyptian Embassy – outside Egypt.

Transfer

  • SU welcomes all transfer students from government or privately owned universities.
  • Students are accepted upon providing the following documents to the admission office

Transferred students - inside Egypt -

  • The same papers mentioned above for Egyptian students and/or non-Egyptians for each High School Certificate.
  • Original University Transcript & Course Description stamped from the university & the Ministry of Higher Education
  • A letter from the university proving that he/she is no longer registered there
  • Good conduct letter from the student’s previous

Transferred students - outside Egypt –

 The same papers mentioned above for Egyptian students and/or non-Egyptians for each High School Certificate

  • Original authenticated university transcript +original authenticated course content for each subject stamped from the university + the Country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs + the Egyptian Embassy.
  • A letter from the Cultural Counselor in Egypt of the country the student transferred from stated that the University is among the recognized universities in their country.
  • A movements certificate from the Passports & Immigration department.
  • High School Certificate Grade should meet the minimum percentage declared by the Higher Council of Private Universities in the year the student gained the high school or transfer year, whichever is better for the student
  • The University transcript GPA should not be less than 2.
  • Good conduct letter from the student’s previous university.

Non-Egyptian Student

National Certificate

Thanaweya Amma & Azharia

  • For Nationalities (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, Bahrain, Palestine & UAE) should provide a letter from the Cultural Counselor of their countries in Egypt stated that there is no objection from their side for the student to join this study.
