Scientific Day of the Faculty of Engineering, Arish Branch, 2023/2024
Under the generous patronage of Her Excellency Prof. Dr. Gehan Fekry, President of Sinai University, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Abdel Hamid Abdo, Vice President of Sinai University for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Bassiouni, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Arish Branch, and in the presence of the Deans and Vice Deans of the Faculties in the Branch, and Engineer Tariq Muhammad Abdel Rahman – Director of Projects Development Authority – North Sinai branch.
The Faculty of Engineering organized the 2024 Applied Student Projects Activities Exhibition under the slogan “Knowledge. Creativity. Application” on Sunday, 5/19/2024, within the framework of the vision and mission of the Faculty of Engineering, Sinai University, Arish Branch, to pursue development in all engineering fields and follow up on labor market requirements, and based on The college administration and all faculty members were keen to link the practical side with theoretical study by implementing some applied projects, whether for courses or graduation projects, to provide students with some applied skills.
The faculty administration was also keen to honor the outstanding students and the faculty staff members and teaching assistants for obtaining academic degrees. The faculty administration wishes further progress and prosperity for all Sinai University affiliates.
The faculty’s scientific day program included receiving the president of the university, the vice president of the university, and distinguished guests, inspecting models of students’ applied projects with an explanation of their importance, inspecting the products of the college’s workshops, and a speech by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Bassiouni, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering in Arish. The day concluded with the handing over of certificates honoring the outstanding students from the college’s faculty and staff members and teaching assistants.
