Student Union Elections for the Academic Year 2024/2025
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. / Gehan Fekry, President of Sinai University and Prof. Dr. / Abdel Hamid Abdo, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs for the Arish Branch, the Sinai University Student Union Elections marathon was launched during the period from Saturday 11/16/2024 until Monday 12/2/2024 amidst a turnout and attendance of university students to vote in the elections. Sinai University prepared for the student union elections by equipping committees, ballot boxes, voting cards and transparent ballot boxes to ensure the integrity of the electoral process. The Supreme Elections Committee conducted an inspection tour of the voting committees’ headquarters for the student union elections, coinciding with the opening of voting to monitor the progress of the electoral process. Prof. Dr. Gehan Fekry, President of the University, stressed that the university administration stands at an equal distance from all candidates for the student union elections, stressing the importance of training students to practice democracy and voting processes so that students become active in society. The student elections at Sinai University witnessed regularity and attendance of students from various faculties to cast their votes in the electoral process.
The curtain was drawn on the student union elections for the academic year 2024/2025 with the appointment of:
