Our gym operates from Saturday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm, offering mixed sessions from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 10pm, as well as ladies-only sessions from 4pm to 6pm under coach supervision. Additionally, we have a dedicated studio for aerobics classes. Gym access is exclusive to staff members and students
