National Arabic Certificate
- Original birth certificate.
- A certificate of movement from passport & Immigration Department that proves your arrival & departure period during study.
- Passport / National ID copy.
- Six recent personal photos – white background – size 4*6.
- Military Form 2 & 6 (Namuzaj 2 & 6 Jund) for males only.
International Certificates
American Diploma
- Original School Transcript (GPA) certified by the School, Accreditation Authority & Egyptian General Examination Department. (Inside Egypt) or certified by the school, the Educational Zone & the Egyptian Embassy (outside Egypt).
• Original SAT Certificate certified by AMIDEAST & the Egyptian Ministry for Foreign Affairs. (N.B.: College Board User name and Password must be provided correctly)
• Original ACT & EST certificates have to be stamped (for ACT user name and Password must be provided correctly)
• Certificate or proof of 12 years of education certified by the Education Zone of each school. (Inside Egypt) – or certified by the school, the Educational Zone & the Egyptian Embassy. (outside Egypt).
• An Arabic & Religion success certificate certified by the Egyptian General Examination Department (Inside Egypt) – or certified by the school, the Educational Zone & the Egyptian Embassy (outside Egypt).
• Copy of the Egyptian General Examination Department (school list that indicates the student’s name).

British Certificate (IGCSE)
- Original IGCSE certificates certified by the British Council + the Ministry of Foreign Affairs + Egyptian General Examination Department (inside Egypt) – or certified by the British Council & the Egyptian Embassy. (Outside Egypt).
• Certificate or proof of 12 years of education certified by the Education Zone of each school. (Inside Egypt) – or certified by the school, the Educational Zone & the Egyptian Embassy. (Outside Egypt).
• An Arabic & Religion success certificate certified by the Egyptian General Examination Department (Inside Egypt) – or certified from the school, the Educational Zone & the Egyptian Embassy. (Outside Egypt).

Transfer student
- Original High School Certificate.
- Original Birth Certificate.

Passport / national ID copy.
Original & Copy of the university transcript certified from the university & the Ministry of Higher Education (inside Egypt) or the Country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs + the Egyptian Embassy (outside Egypt) (in addition to an electronic PDF file).
Original+ Copy of the Course Description certified from the university & the Ministry of Higher Education (Inside Egypt) or the Country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs + the Egyptian Embassy (Outside Egypt) (in addition to an electronic PDF file).
A university withdrawal letter & good conduct letter (inside Egypt).
A certificate of movement from passport & Immigration Department that proof. your arrival & departure period during study (outside Egypt).
Military Form 2 & 6 (Namuzaj 2 & 6 Jund) for males only.
A letter from the Cultural Counselor in Egypt of the country the student transferred from stated that the University is among the recognized universities in their country.
The student must be present as his guardian to sign a declaration and a commitment to the authenticity of the documents of the university from which he is transferred.
Sinai University will contact the home university of the transfer student to Verify the Authenticity of the documents submitted.
- After fulfilling the previous requirements, the student will receive a transfer from email in which he should confirm or reject the credits transferred to him to be able to continue with the final acceptance process.
